Milton Garcia is a seasoned Production Manager with extensive experience in overseeing production operations and enhancing efficiency in the printing industry. Currently serving as the Lead Press Operator at Brook + Whittle, Milton focuses on advancing quality management and innovation. Previously, as Production Manager at Lotus Labels, they supervised the entire production floor and developed new standard operating procedures to optimize workflows. Milton began their career as a Press Operator at Abbott Label, Inc. and has continually progressed through various roles, demonstrating expertise in managing complex printing processes and training teams. Milton's dedication to continuous improvement is complemented by their educational pursuits at Cerritos College.
