Rusty Hegler

Rusty Hegler has extensive experience in various roles within sales, operations planning, and supply chain management. Rusty recently joined Brook + Whittle as a Sales and Operations Planning Manager in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Emerson Automation Solutions from 2018 to 2022, where they served as a Value Stream Manager, responsible for analyzing production and demand data, developing operations plans, and utilizing Power BI and Excel for visualization and analysis. Before that, Rusty spent several years at UPM Raflatac, starting as a R&D Chemist in 2005 and eventually transitioning to roles such as Supply Chain Analyst, Sales Analyst, and Development Engineer. During their time at UPM Raflatac, they were involved in various projects, including developing dashboards and reports, managing rebate contracts, and implementing process improvements. Rusty's work experience demonstrates their expertise in data analysis, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Rusty Hegler's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Communications from Clemson University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Data Analysis with Python," "Data Visualization with Python," "Databases and SQL for Data Science," and "Python for Data Science and AI," all from Coursera in 2021. In 2018, Rusty obtained certifications in various fields such as business analytics, programming, agile project management principles, entrepreneurship, and fermentation cleaning and sanitizing, among others.
