Brian O'Keefe has a strong background in healthcare operations and management, with experience in overseeing multi-site outpatient clinics and therapy centers. Brian has held roles such as Director of Physician Practice, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Executive Officer/Practice Administrator in various medical facilities. Brian is also experienced in supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Brian holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management.

Brook Lane is a non-profit mental health organization with more than 500 employees providing mental health care to individuals across Western Maryland and the Eastern Panhandle region. Our main campus in Hagerstown, MD is home to one of Maryland's largest private mental health hospitals with 58 beds.
