Al Zucker

Al Zucker is a senior consultant in the corporate department at Ignition Law, advising start-ups and scale-ups on M&A and equity financings since February 2024. As a co-founder and director of Brook Mill, Zucker supports the UK's SME manufacturing and engineering sector. Additionally, Zucker serves as a non-executive director at Magma Moulding Limited, a leading injection moulder. From November 2020 to November 2023, Zucker was the general counsel for Heroes, overseeing legal and compliance functions. Previous experience includes roles at JONES DAY® as a private equity associate, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner as a core corporate finance associate, and a corporate finance secondee at Peel Hunt. Zucker began the legal career as a trainee solicitor at Hogan Lovells. Educational qualifications include a degree in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Oxford, a Graduate Diploma in Law from The University of Law, and completion of the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
