James Levey has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning different roles and companies. James began their career in 1987 as an IBM Onsite Account Manager with Brook Street. James then moved on to become a Corporate Account Manager, responsible for national sales and client management strategy. Additionally, they served as a Divisional Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and sales in multiple branches.

In 2001, Levey took on the role of Divisional Manager Italy, where they established and opened several Brook Street branches across Italy. James also held the role of Permanent Development Manager - EMEA, responsible for the rollout and delivery of branch-based retail permanent sales business in the EMEA region.

Levey joined ManpowerGroup in 2003, initially on secondment from Brook Street. James worked as the Global Product Line Director and played a key role in the global rollout and delivery of permanent business models for the Manpower and Manpower Professional brands. James also served as GP Recovery and Borderless Talent Solutions before returning to Brook Street.

Upon their return to Brook Street, Levey held the role of Sales Manager, focusing on sales and development of volume permanent client solutions. James then transitioned into the role of NHS Account Manager, where they were responsible for selling staffing solutions to NHS Trusts and CCGs across the UK. Finally, they assumed the position of Compliance and Contractual Standards Manager, ensuring the continued compliance of Brook Street's nationwide business.
