Lorayne Hunsicker

Lorayne Hunsicker is an accomplished operations training leader with extensive experience in retail management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Training at Brook Valley Management since April 2022, Lorayne is focused on enhancing both people and processes through collaborative training initiatives. As a former District Manager, record sales increases were achieved in 2023, and the successful simultaneous opening of two stores in 2024 resulted in record grand opening sales. Prior roles include Retail Sales Store Manager at SVP Worldwide, where Lorayne led a customer-centric service culture and implemented effective CRM practices, and District Manager at Savers | Value Village, where Lorayne exceeded profit plans and transformed stores from loss to profitability. Lorayne holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of New Hampshire.
