Eric Adolph

Eric Adolph is an accomplished professional in the senior living industry, currently serving as the Executive Director at Brookdale since April 2022. With a wealth of experience, Eric founded Heartfelt Senior Solutions LLC in December 2018 and held various leadership roles, including Director of Assisted Living at Christian Living Communities and Executive Director positions at multiple organizations such as Juniper Communities, MorningStar Senior Living, and Emeritus. Eric’s career began as a Community Financial Analyst at Erickson Living. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Gerontology and Business Management from the University of North Texas, earned between 2005 and 2009.
