Gwen Wilburn

Gwen Wilburn, MBA, RN-BC has extensive experience in clinical operations in the senior living industry. Gwen currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations at The Aspenwood Company since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Sr. VP of Clinical Operations at Retirement Center Management starting in June 2019. Gwen also held the role of VP Clinical Operations at Retirement Center Management starting in June 2018. Gwen's career in the senior living industry began in 2004 as the District Director of Clinical and Resident Services at Brookdale Senior Living.

Gwen Wilburn holds a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration with a focus on RN from UH and FCCJ. Gwen later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a field of study in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from WGU Texas. In 2011, they obtained the certifications of Board Certified Gerontological Nursing (BCRN) and CALN.
