Denise Lear

Denise Lear has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on ambulatory care services. Denise has held various leadership roles in different organizations, starting with their most recent position as Vice President at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing and managing over 70 outpatient services, including an Urgent Care Center and 6 Diagnostic and Treatment Centers throughout Brooklyn. Denise also played a crucial role in strategic planning, budget management, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Prior to that, Denise worked at NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation, where they served as an Associate Executive Director-Ambulatory Care Services. Denise provided administrative oversight for 60+ Ambulatory Care departments and directed a large operations staff. Denise also managed a significant operating budget and actively participated in revenue cycle initiatives.

Denise's experience also includes roles at Harlem Hospital Center, where they held positions such as Senior Associate Director-Ambulatory Care Services and Senior Associate Director- Executive Operations. Earlier in their career, Denise worked at Narcotics Rehab Center Mt. Sinai Hospital and held various positions at Harlem Hospital Center, including Program Administrator for Adult Behavioral Health & Geriatric Services and Administrator for Poly Substance Detox Unit (Behavioral Health Service).
