Mary Hart

Mary Hart is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in healthcare law. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center since September 2012, Mary previously held the position of Deputy General Counsel at Fidelis Care New York, where promotion occurred within six months of hire. Mary also worked as Associate Counsel at Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers and was a Partner at Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker LLP, where promotion to Partner occurred in 2004. Early career experience includes roles as a Volunteer Attorney at the Legal Aid Society and various positions at Zetlin & De Chiara LLP. Mary earned a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a degree from Georgetown University.
