Lou Maroun

Lou Maroun has served as director of Brookfield Renewable Partners since August 2011. A resident of Warwick, Bermuda, Mr. Maroun is the Chairman of Sigma Real Estate Advisors and Sigma Capital Corporation. Prior to that, he was the Executive Chairman of ING Real Estate Canada and held executive positions in a number of real estate companies. Mr. Maroun is a director of Brookfield Property Partners, where he is a member of the Audit Committee and Chair of the Governance and Nominating Committee. He is also a Chairman of the Board of Trustees and a member of the Compensation Committee of Summit Industrial Income REIT.
