Christopher Richer

Christopher Richer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in land and development, business development, and strategic leadership within the residential and aviation sectors. Currently serving as SVP of Land and Development for Alberta Homes at Brookfield Residential since October 2018, Christopher previously held the position of Vice President at Brookfield Residential and has been instrumental in creating communities that foster connections. Additionally, Christopher has a background as President of AirSprint Inc., leading the organization from December 2008 to December 2013, and held various roles in business development at Pinnacle Environmental Technologies Inc. and Brookfield Homes Calgary. Christopher holds an MBA from the University of Calgary, completed between 2007 and 2008.
