Margaret Wu

As Executive Vice President, Margaret, along with her team, is responsible for the end-to-end employee experience, learning and development, corporate communications and reputation management. She has been a proud team member since 2014.

Prior to joining the company, Margaret played senior roles with several global management consulting and communication firms in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Washington, D.C. and Calgary. She has led and delivered award-winning campaigns and programs in over 40 countries, spanning six continents.

Margaret earned her Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Calgary and is a candidate for Chartered Director (C.Dir.) at the Directors College. She currently serves on the Council of HR Executives for the Conference Board of Canada and is a member of the Governing Body for the Global and Toronto CHRO Executive Summits for Evanta, a Gartner Company.
