Graig J. Springer serves as Vice President and Counsel at Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions, advising on fund-related legal matters. In addition to their role, Graig is an Independent Director on the board of Hoth Therapeutics, a Trustee at The Browning School, and a committee member for both the Securities Regulation Committee at the New York City Bar Association and the Qualification Exams Committee at FINRA.
