Brian Mc Caffrey

Brian M. McCaffrey is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as Chief Engineer in the Facilities & Operations Directorate at Brookhaven National Laboratory, a position held since April 2011. Previously, Brian held various roles at the same institution, including Manager of the Facilities Engineering Group and Facilities Engineer. Brian’s prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Project Manager at P.W. Grosser Consulting and Field Engineer at the Environmental Restoration Division of Brookhaven National Laboratory. Early career positions included Project Engineer roles at EnviroTrac Ltd. and Fluor Daniel GTI. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, along with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance from Stony Brook University.
