Paul Pierson

Paul Pierson currently serves as the Chief Procurement Officer at Brookhaven National Laboratory since June 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing 3rd party agreements with an annual spend exceeding $220 million and leading a team of over 40 procurement professionals. Additional experience includes senior contracting and procurement positions at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, US Bureau of Reclamation, and the United States Air Force. Paul Pierson holds an MBA from American Graduate University, a BBA from the University of Arkansas Grantham, and two Associate degrees in Financial Management, and Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
