Devon Deponty

Devon DePonty has extensive experience in event management and donor engagement, currently serving as the Associate Director of Donor Engagement and Special Events at The Brookings Institution since July 2016, after previous roles as Assistant Director of Donor Relations and Special Events. At Brookings, Devon is responsible for planning and executing logistics for donor cultivation and stewardship events, as well as organizing significant meetings for the Board of Trustees and International Advisory Council. Prior to this, Devon held the position of Senior Manager, Events & Meetings at The Economic Club of Washington, D.C., where responsibilities included producing large-scale monthly events. Earlier career experience includes roles at the Federal City Council and Rational 360, focusing on meeting coordination and public relations. Devon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and English from Villanova University.
