Melanie Jones

Melanie Jones is an experienced Human Resource professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at The Brookings Institution since July 2015, Melanie has previously held roles including Senior Human Resource Generalist at SDSE and Human Resource Generalist at Harcum College, where responsibilities included employee relations, recruiting, and managing HR inquiries for significant employee populations. Melanie also gained foundational experience through various internships and assistant roles in HR at organizations such as PointRoll and Toll Brothers. Educationally, Melanie holds a B.A. in Psychology and Business from Temple University, an A.S. in Registered Nursing from Harcum College, and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
