Sarah Savoy is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in fundraising and policy analysis within the non-profit and public sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Development for Foundations at The Brookings Institution since July 2021, Sarah has previously held key positions including Director of Development at The Stimson Center and Acting Director of Business Development at Elevate. Additionally, Sarah has a strong background in legislative support, having worked as a Legislative Assistant at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, and has contributed to nuclear policy analysis and research at Partnership for Global Security and the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Sarah earned a Master’s degree in Global Policy with a focus on Economic Development from the LBJ School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree in Government and Politics with a focus on History from the University of Maryland.
