Shawn Chernousov

Shawn Chernousov, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Shawn is currently serving as the Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer at The Brookings Institution, a non-profit public policy organization. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at B. F. Saul Company, a privately-held real estate company. Before that, they held various roles at the United Nations Foundation, including Senior Director, Director, Senior Manager, and Manager in the Human Resources department. Shawn also gained experience at Zimmerman Associates, Inc. as a Human Resources Administrator and Assistant.

Shawn Chernousov, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations & International Studies from North Carolina State University. In 2016, Shawn obtained a certification in SHRM-SCP from the SHRM institution.
