Willard Hill

Willard Hill, Jr. is an experienced board member and executive with a diverse background in finance, compliance, and government relations. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Brookline Bancorp Inc. and the Council for Economic Education, Willard has held significant positions on various committees, including chairman roles at PCSB Bank and PCSB Financial Corporation. With previous leadership experience as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at MBIA Inc., and extensive roles in government relations, Willard has driven strategic initiatives for organizations such as Aetna and ING US Financial Services. Willard holds a JD from Howard University School of Law, an MBA from the University of Connecticut, and has completed the Board Director Development Program at Northwestern University.
