Caroline Svenson

Caroline Svenson has extensive experience in customer experience and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of CX Operations at Brooklinen since October 2018, where Caroline has held multiple roles including Manager and Senior Associate in CX Training & Knowledge. Prior to this, Caroline worked at Thirsty Fellow Pizzeria and Pub as a Bartender/Server from October 2014 to July 2018, and briefly as a Merchandise Associate at Varsity Spirit. Caroline began a coaching career at Rockstar Cheer and Dance from May 2010 to July 2013. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Louisville, with additional educational experience at Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
