Susan Shadrach

Susan Shadrach is a seasoned professional in eCommerce and marketing, currently serving as a Senior Associate in Site Merchandising at Brooklinen since August 2022, after progressing from the role of Site Merchandising Associate. Prior experience includes a tenure at Designworks Collective from May 2021 to June 2022, where Susan functioned as an Ecommerce & Marketing Coordinator, managing various marketing projects and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Additionally, Susan worked as an Ecommerce Customer Support Representative, addressing customer inquiries while collaborating with Marketing and Ecommerce departments. Susan holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and has further education from Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici.
