Rachael Atherley M.s.

Rachael Atherley M.S., BCBA, LBA-NY is a seasoned professional in the field of behavior analysis with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Clinical Director at Brooklyn Autism Center since December 2024, Rachael has previously held positions such as Director of Behavior Management at The Manhattan Behavioral Center and Clinical Supervisor at The Titus School. Rachael's earlier tenure at New Alternatives For Children included roles as Lead Behavior Analyst, Social Skills Program Coordinator, Behavioral Recreation Specialist, and Family Support Specialist. Additionally, Rachael contributed to academia as an Adjunct Lecturer at SUNY New Paltz School of Education. Rachael holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lehman College.
