Isabel Zeitz-Moskin

Isabel Zeitz-Moskin is a dedicated legal professional currently serving as a Staff Attorney at Brooklyn Defenders since September 2022. With a strong background in public interest law, Isabel has held multiple roles including Legal Observer and Jail Support Volunteer for the National Lawyers Guild, and previously worked as a Legal Intern at Lincoln Square Legal Services Inc. Isabel earned a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where involvement in various initiatives such as the Urban Law Journal and the Suspension Representation Project highlighted a commitment to social justice. Additionally, Isabel has gained valuable experience through internships and clerkships at organizations like the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia and The Legal Aid Society, focusing on civil rights and juvenile law reform. Isabel’s academic journey was preceded by a B.A. in Religion/Religious Studies from Carleton College.
