Helen Kogan

Helen Kogan, MHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Recruitment and HR Manager at Brooklyn Kindergarten Society since October 2023. Previously, Helen worked as a Total Rewards Specialist at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, focusing on benefits, leaves, and US payroll administration. Experience also includes serving as a Benefits Specialist and HR Generalist at Brooklyn Law School, where responsibilities encompassed payroll management, benefits administration, onboarding, and employee education. Earlier roles include HR Generalist/Recruiter at Sheltering Arms Children and Family Services and various recruiting positions at America for Animals and Phoenix House.
