Erez Needleman

Erez Needleman is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in special education. Currently serving as a High School Special Education Math Teacher at Brooklyn Laboratory Charter School since September 2022, Erez previously held roles as a K-8 Special Education Resource Specialist with the Alum Rock Union Elementary School District and as a Special Education Teacher through Teach For America. Erez has a strong background in developing and managing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and engaging in professional development. Erez has also contributed as a Hebrew School Inclusion Aide and a Teaching Fellow, teaching writing to low-income students. Erez holds a Master’s degree in Special Education and Teaching from National University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Legal Studies from Brandeis University.
