Peter Grote is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in major and principal gift fundraising across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Brooklyn Law School since April 2022, Grote develops strategies that align the institution's mission with donor interests to secure transformational gifts. Previously, Grote held similar roles at Rutgers University, Hackensack Meridian Health, The FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties, Clean Water Action, and the YMCA of the USA, where responsibilities included executing fundraising campaigns, cultivating donor relationships, and collaborating with senior leadership to advance organizational priorities. Grote holds a Master's degree in Public Affairs & Politics from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Monmouth University.
