Keonna Hendrick

Keonna Hendrick currently serves as the Deputy Director of Learning and Social Impact at the Brooklyn Museum, a position held since September 2017. Previously, Keonna held various roles at the Brooklyn Museum, including Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access, and School Programs Manager. Prior experience includes managing the Teen Reviewers and Critics (TRaC) Program at ArtsConnection and serving as a Family Programs Educator at The Museum of Modern Art. Keonna has also contributed as an Innovative Cultural Advocacy Fellow at the Caribbean Cultural Center African Diaspora Institute. Earlier positions at The Museum of Modern Art and the Brooklyn Museum involved educational and coordinating roles. Keonna earned a Master’s degree in Arts Policy and Arts Administration from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree in History and Studio Art from Wake Forest University. Educational background includes a high school diploma from Bryn Mawr School for Girls.
