Nancy Ramirez Currey

Nancy Ramirez Currey has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the Brooklyn Museum since April 2010. In this role, Nancy manages a team to implement best practices with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR administration. Previous roles include HR Administrator at JCDECAUX North America, where Nancy implemented payroll processes and developed safety programs, and HR Generalist at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, providing advisory support on policies and union matters. Nancy began a career in HR with positions at Edison Schools and WWE. Nancy holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from American InterContinental University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brooklyn College.
