Ruth Jurgensen

Ruth Jurgensen serves on the Board of Trustees for several organizations, including the Brooklyn Museum, LREI, and Moorestown Friends School, and holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Prep for Prep since July 2020. Jurgensen has significant experience in educational leadership, having previously been Associate Principal at Francis W. Parker School and High School Principal at Little Red School House & Elisabeth Irwin High School. Jurgensen also contributed to The Dovetail Project Chicago's Board of Directors, which supports young African American fathers. With a strong teaching background from various institutions and degrees in English Literature from Connecticut College and a Master of Arts from Brown University, Jurgensen combines educational expertise with community-focused initiatives.
