Daniel Lado

Daniel Lado serves as an Adult Services Librarian at the Brooklyn Public Library since March 2017, where responsibilities include communicating with Spanish-speaking patrons, creating and promoting programs, assisting with technology issues, and managing library materials. Prior experience includes working as a Library Assistant, processing various materials and teaching first-time visitors to navigate the library catalog. Daniel also held the position of Writing Assistant at The City College of New York from October 2016 to March 2017, focusing on guiding students through the writing process and establishing a professional reputation among students and faculty. Educational credentials consist of a Master of Library & Information Science from Queens College (2020-2023) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The City College of New York. Additionally, Daniel obtained a High School Diploma in Medical Science from Midwood High School.
