Noelle Charter

Noelle Charter, MEd, currently serves as a Technology Teacher at Brooklyn Public Library, where responsibilities include creating inclusive learning environments and designing engaging technology lessons for grades 9 to 12. In addition to this role, Noelle has experience as a Special Education Teacher with the NYC Department of Education, focusing on individualized education plans for students with disabilities. Noelle is also the founder of The Alchemist Pantry, overseeing email marketing, content creation, and business operations. Previous experiences include roles as a Teaching Fellow, Frontend Developer, and Teaching Assistant, contributing to classroom management and student support. Noelle holds a Master of Education in Special Education from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Buffalo State University.
