Scott Schneider

Scott Schneider is an ERP-HR Analyst at Brooklyn Public Library since October 2021, with extensive experience in business systems management. Previously, Scott served as the Director of Business Systems at the Metropolitan Opera from March 2004 to November 2021, overseeing five system administrators and managing vital business applications including Infor/Lawson, MetOS, and SAP. Scott's project management expertise includes the implementation of HDTracking, a web portal for ticket sales data from the Live in HD program. Earlier roles included Systems Administrator and HR/Payroll Systems Administrator at the Metropolitan Opera, as well as Arts Administration Associate at Musical Theatre Works, where technical support and database management were key responsibilities. Scott began a career in client services at US Interactive after earning a Bachelor of Musical Arts degree in Music/Business from DePauw University in 2001.
