Kayla Chaparro, MSIOP, currently serves as the Program Recruitment Coordinator at Brooklyn Workforce Innovations, overseeing recruitment activities for training programs and engaging potential participants across New York City. Previously, Kayla worked as a Content Consultant for DULCEDO Management, where engagement with top US brands and social media strategy were key focuses. Experience as a Success Mentor at Counseling In Schools involved mentoring high school students facing chronic absenteeism, while academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Touro University, supplemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brooklyn College. Early career experiences also include roles as a server at Paneantico Bakery and as a Direct Support Professional with C.A.R.E.S NYC.
