Daniel Varley-Barrett

Daniel Varley-Barrett is a seasoned professional with diverse experience across multiple roles and industries. Currently serving as Team Lead and Manufacturing System Technician III at Brooks Automation since November 2019, Daniel has progressed through various technical positions within the company. Previous experience includes two long-term substitute teaching roles in Social Studies at North Middlesex Regional High School and Nashoba Valley Technical High School, where full classroom management and instruction were key responsibilities. As a Data Analyst for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Daniel was responsible for handling energy data analysis for numerous locations in compliance with sustainability standards. Additional background includes roles in education as a Student Teacher and Teaching Assistant, as well as earlier positions in various industries. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
