Mirela Maksutaj

Mirela Maksutaj is an accomplished electrical engineer currently serving as the R&D Lead Electrical Engineer at Brooks Automation since December 2023. Previously, Mirela held the position of Senior Electrical Engineer at ASML, a leading supplier in photolithography systems for the semiconductor industry, from September 2021 to November 2023. Prior to that, Mirela was the Head of the Electrical Department at Pietro Carnaghi S.p.a. from January 2016 to August 2021, where responsibilities included leading a team of electrical engineers and overseeing technical assignments and designs. Additional experience includes roles as an Electrical Engineer at Rosetti Marino Group of Companies and Siemens Vai, and as an Automation Electrical Engineer at P&C s.r.l. Mirela holds a Master of Business Administration from Alma Graduate School - Università di Bologna and a first level degree in Electrical Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
