Susan Trulson

Susan Trulson currently serves as the Head of HR Europe & Middle East at Brooks Automation, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Susan was the Global Head of HR Business Partner at Wolford, overseeing HR operations across multiple countries and focusing on restructuring and performance reviews. Experience also includes substantial HR contributions at Zumtobel Group and Hager Group, with roles ranging from HR Business Partner to Global HR Project Manager, emphasizing recruitment, performance management, and strategic HR initiatives. Previous work as an International Consultant at Ellis Fairbank involved executive recruitment on an international scale. Susan holds a Specialized Master in Management of People and Organisations, along with a Master’s in Management from ESCP Business School, and additional degrees in International Business and Human Resource Management.
