Richard Larner

Head of Research, London at Brooks Macdonald

Richard joined Brooks Macdonald in 2012, he holds the position of head of research. Richard is responsible for the central research desk, which provides macroeconomic research to our asset allocation committee, quantitative analysis to our sector teams and oversees the asset selection process. He is a member of our Asset Allocation, Asset Selection and Investment Committees.

Prior to joining Brooks Macdonald, he was head of fund research at Collins Stewart, where he was instrumental in developing the multi-manager fund research function and responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of investment policy. Before Collins Stewart, Richard spent 11 years at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell culminating in the position of senior dealer on the FX dealing desk.
