Trevor Persaud

Trevor Persaud, D.O., FAAPMR, currently serves as the Medical Director of Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Medical Director of the Brain Injury Day Treatment Program at Brooks Rehabilitation, starting in October 2023. Prior to this role, Trevor completed a Brain Injury Fellowship at Mayo Clinic from July 2022 to June 2023. Experience also includes serving as the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Resident and PM&R Chief Resident at Larkin Community Hospital from July 2018 to June 2022, as well as a position as Region 5 Representative for the American Osteopathic College of PM&R from January 2019 to January 2020. Earlier education includes a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (2014-2018) and a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Pre-Medicine from the University of Central Florida (2010-2014).
