Amy Widener

Amy Widener is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources operations and leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of HR People & Operations at Brooks Running since January 2015, Amy has held various roles including Director of HR Operations and Senior Manager of HR Operations, focusing on global compensation, benefits, and employee experience initiatives. Previously, Amy contributed to PeopleFirm, LLC as a consultant and to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort as Human Resources Manager. With an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and a BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, Amy combines strategic expertise with a strong foundation in organizational development and employee engagement.
