Dustin Glass

Dustin Glass is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in influencer marketing and talent strategy. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing and Creator Led Content at Brooks Running since June 2021, Dustin previously held roles including Manager of Influencer Marketing at the same company and Associate Director of Influencer Marketing at Reach Agency, where the focus was on esports and gaming marketing. Prior experience includes Manager of Talent Strategy & Partnerships at Fullscreen, where oversight of a team was required, and Associate Talent Producer at Portal A, responsible for talent ideas and contract negotiations. Dustin began a career in talent representation as an Agent Trainee at WME. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and Creative Writing from UC Santa Barbara.
