Erica Davis

Erica Davis, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for North America at Brooks Running since September 2021. Prior to this role, Erica held various HR leadership positions, including HR Leader and Strategic HR Program Manager at Providence St. Joseph Health from July 2016 to September 2021 and Senior Human Resources Manager at Microsoft from February 2007 to July 2016. Additional experience includes serving as Regional HR Director at Auto Warehousing Company and a sabbatical focused on volunteer work in Central America. Erica's educational background includes a Doctorate of Business Administration candidate in Strategy and Innovation from Capella University, a Master of Public Administration (MPA), and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Grand Valley State University.
