Kenneth Morris has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kenneth started their career in 2001 as a Safety Officer and Risk Manager at Baylor Medical Center at Waxahachie. Kenneth then worked as a Supervisor of Safety and Regulatory Compliance at HCA/Medical City Dallas Hospital from 2004 to 2006. Kenneth also served as an Administrative Fellow at Baylor University Medical Center from 2008 to 2010. Kenneth was the Director of Environmental Safety and Emergency Management at Baylor Health Care System-Dallas Campus from 2006 to 2012. Kenneth joined Atrium Health as an Assistant Vice President in 2012 before moving to The Joint Commission as a Life Safety Code Specialist from 2013 to 2014. Kenneth then worked at Baylor Scott & White Health as a Neuroscience Director from 2015 to 2018. Currently, Kenneth is the President and CEO of Brooks-TLC Hospital System, Inc. since August 2022, where they previously served as the Chief Operating Officer from 2020 to 2022 and the Vice President of Operations from 2018 to 2020.

Kenneth Morris obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration from Weber State University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Kenneth later pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Business Administration at The University of Texas at Arlington from 2002 to 2005.
