Rudy Dieperink

Chief Executive Officer at Brookside Flavors & Ingredients

Rudy Dieperink has a long and successful career in the food and beverage industry. Rudy began their career in 1996 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Quest International, now part of Givaudan. In this role, they were responsible for leading all sales and marketing activities in North America and installed an internally developed CRM system that became standard for the company. Rudy then moved on to become Global Director of eBusiness, where they led a team to develop and launch eCommerce initiatives for the flavor and fragrance divisions. In 2003, Rudy became Chief Operating Officer at Ottens Flavors, where they were responsible for international and domestic flavor results, and developed a flavor range for the “Health & Wellness” platform. In 2011, Rudy took on the role of President and CEO of North America for FrieslandCampina Ingredients, where they were responsible for dairy ingredient results in North America, and built infrastructure for accelerated growth in key growth markets. Rudy is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Brookside Flavors and Ingredients.

Rudy Dieperink began their educational pursuits in 1980 when they enrolled in McDaniel College and earned a BA in Business and Economics in 1984. Rudy then attended Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing in 1986. Prior to this, Rudy attended Het Nieuwe Lyceum.
