Lucas Carroll

Lucas Carroll is currently the executive director at Brookside Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, LLC. Prior to this, they held the position of executive director at The Center at Lincoln from September 2019 to October 2021. Lucas has also worked as the director of operations and operations manager at Home Instead Senior Care, and as a business development and performance consultant at RE/MAX. In 2018-2019, they were awarded the U.S. News & World Report Best Nursing Home for Short-Term Rehab, and in 2019 they received the Eli Pick Leadership Award.

Lucas Carroll received their undergraduate degree in biochemistry and business administration from Regis University. Lucas then went on to earn their MBA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, with a focus in finance and entrepreneurship.
