Nicole Prekop

Nicole Prekop is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and workforce transformation. Since January 2015, Nicole has held various leadership roles at Brooksource, including Director of Elevate Programs, National Program Manager, Program Lead, and Program Manager for Workforce Transformation, as well as serving as a Professional Recruiter. Prior to that, Nicole gained valuable experience as an intern at the UW Office of Human Resource Development and worked as a Student Project Manager at Wisconsin Union. Additionally, Nicole contributed as an Organization Outreach Coordinator in the Student Leadership Program. Nicole holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 2014.
