Tori Clifford

Tori Clifford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, academic advising, and youth program coordination. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator and Professional Recruiter at Brooksource since July 2021, Tori specializes in the placement of IT and Engineering professionals. Previous roles include Engineering Academic Advisor at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, where Tori advised over 300 undergraduate students and managed various departmental tasks. Other experiences include serving as Assistant Director of Admissions at Ball State University, where Tori coordinated large admission programs and managed high school recruitment, and Youth Program Coordinator at the International Rescue Committee, focusing on coaching and development for high school students. Tori holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Purdue University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ball State University.
