Alicia Dean

Alicia Dean has over 30 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Alicia started their career at MedLab in 1988 as a Med Tech, where they worked until 1991. In 2011, they joined Baptist Health System as the Director of Clinical Compliance/Operation Support. Alicia has extensive experience in clinical operations and compliance management.

Alicia Dean has a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from UAB, which they obtained from 1997 to 1999. Alicia also has an Associate of Applied Science in Laboratory Science from Gadsden State/Jacksonville State, which they completed from 1980 to 1983.
