Dieter C. Pasewaldt, CPA, MBA has extensive experience in various financial roles. Dieter C. is currently the Chief Financial Officer & Senior VP of Finance at BROOKWOOD COMPANIES Incorporated. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Pac Team Group, where they reorganized the China manufacturing division, implemented budget-based operations, and developed a strategic business model for the technology division. Before that, they worked at Kenneth Cole Productions as the Vice President of Finance, where they managed financial reporting, introduced benchmarking, and negotiated credit facilities. Dieter C. also served as the Corporate Controller and Treasurer at Kenneth Cole Productions, Inc., where they implemented internal controls, designed budget processes, and managed credit and collection functions. Dieter started their career as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young (EY) and provided accounting and audit services for various clients in the retail, apparel, and consumer products industries.

Dieter C. also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting from Pace University-Pleasantville/Briarcliff Campus. In addition to their degrees, Dieter has additional certifications including being a Certified Public Accountant in the states of New Jersey and New York, as well as being a Chartered Global Management Accountant and a Notary Public.
